the location was strategic, close to athens gallery. i enjoyed that it was close to a subway station. the room with bathroom.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere was great. The location, although considered dodgy, was actually safe due to the nearby police presence. The room was clean and quiet, with hot water and excellent water pressure. The air conditioning was new and effective. The hotel is also conveniently located near a Lebanese Armenian bakery and supermarket. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money.
